After an email from a customer today wonting to know why his order was so late. I decided it was time to update the stores delivery and dispatch info. The customer wonted to know why after selecting Special delivery his order hadn’t been delivered.

The main problem was the order was place at around 8pm Friday evening, even if we dispatched the order on Saturdays the Royal Mail don’t delivery on Sundays.

Order Dispatched Monday to Friday.

Same day dispatch for order placed before 2pm.

Order placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatch on the following Monday.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Nextday Delivery on Monday to Friday.
